We have always heard about the distinguishing mark in service provision, which is known as added value, which means the additional difference provided by the service provider, which distinguishes it from others. I will not talk here about the concept of added value from a philosophical standpoint, nor from the perspective of standards of quality and excellence. Nor from the perspective of institutional work, but I will talk about the added value that we obtain on the personal level when requesting any service or product in various fields, and I will touch on the hidden human side that we feel and touch silently without being talked about in books or media platforms.
