A passionate employee is characterized by the fact that he always feels enthusiastic, has determination, thinks positively, inspires others, and is ready to face and take risks. Therefore, leading organizations seek to spread a positive atmosphere among employees, encourage them, maintain their passion and enthusiasm, and improve their efficiency in order to distinguish their reputation, the success of their work, and the continuity of their giving after God’s grace, and it is unfortunate. Practices are widespread in some organizations and through some of their officials that lead to loss of passion, kill creativity, extinguish the flame of enthusiasm in the employee, and make him lose ambition.
